Process
DIN Status
Verify the active status of DIN, which is mandatory for updating KYC
Submission of Address Proof
Attach scanned and self-attested copies of address proof of Directors
DIR-3 KYC Form
Fill up the DIR-3 KYC form and generate mobile and email OTPs for verification and confirmation
File DIR-3 Form
Once the form is filled with all details, it must be signed digitally using the Directors' digital signature and certified by a CA or CS before filing with MCA online
Necessary Documents
- Latest passport size photographs of the Directors/Partners in jpg format
- Copy of PAN card of Directors/Partners
- Passport mandatory for Indians and Foreign Nationals
- Copy of Aadhar card, utility bill, passport or voter ID card for address proof
- Mobile number and email ID for OTP
