    Process & Timeline

    Documentation

    PAN, ID and address proof must be submitted along with utility bills like electricity, water or telephone of the registered address, and the NOC.

    Unique Name Selection

    The proposed name must be checked with the trademark registry to avoid any infringements.

    DSC for Promoters

    DSC is equivalent to the physical signature on paper. All applications submitted to ROC must be filed in digital format signed by the proposed Director. The first step is the issuance of digital signature for the company director.

    Name Approval for Independent Owner

    Approval of the ROC is sought via the online form RUN. Two names are to be filled in order of preference and significance of business activity.

    Spice Form Filing to ROC

    A formal application of the incorporation of the company must be filed via SPICE to the ROC. MOA, AOA, KYC, and NOC documents are to be attached with the form. DSC is used to sign the application and attested by CA / Company Secretary / Cost Accountant / Advocate. Govt. filing fee is based on the capital.

    Registration of the company with ROC

    The final stage is the Issuance of Certificate of Incorporation after verification via SPICE Form.

    PAN & TAN

    PAN and TAN are automatically completed during incorporation and does not require separate filing.
